The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao took part in the Green Museums Summit by MuseumNext, an international meeting that gathered together more than 200 institutions from 31 countries. At this event, the Museum presented the progress it has made in terms of sustainability and the cross-disciplinary work developed by the interdisciplinary team GU Zero, which coordinates sustainability through an integrated approach spanning all areas of the museum.
